How we work

You email us
A short description of the project is enough to start. We reply to serious enquiries within two business days.

We agree the details in writing
A signed agreement sets out the scope, timeline, milestones and price. Depending on the work, the price is a fixed fee, an hourly rate or a retainer. Work starts once the agreement is signed and any deposit is paid.

We build it
You deal directly with the engineers writing the code. If you want something outside the agreed scope, we write it up as a change order and quote it before we start on it.

You review each delivery
You have five business days after a delivery to tell us in writing if something is wrong. After that it counts as accepted. Invoices are due within 15 days.

The code is yours
Once the project is paid in full, the custom code and other deliverables belong to you. We keep the tools and libraries we wrote independently of your project. If any of them end up in your software, you get a permanent, royalty-free licence to use them there.
Third-party costs such as hosting or API subscriptions are billed at cost, and prices don't include tax. These are the defaults from our terms of service. A signed agreement can set different terms.

Inting Technologies Inc. is a Canadian corporation based in Montréal. We take on a small number of projects at a time, so the people who scope your project are the same people who build it and maintain it afterwards.
We also build and run software of our own. Living with our own architecture decisions, and doing our own maintenance, keeps the advice we give clients practical.
